The notice is aimed at supporting the writing and pre-production phase of cinematographic, television, fiction and animation works or series of audiovisual works, with the ultimate aim of enhancing the Apulian locations, through the provision of aid granted to pursuant to the Regional Regulation of 18 December 2018, n. 18 “Regulation for the granting of aid of minor importance (de minimis) to SMEs and repeal of the Regional Regulations of 31 January 2012, n. 2, 29 May 2012, n. 9, 20 August 2012, n. 19 and 7 February 2013, n.1.”.
Who is it aimed at?
The notice is aimed at SMEs operating in the audiovisual sector, with primary code NACE 59.11 or ATECO 59.11, owners of the majority of the rights of the audiovisual work presented.
What does it predict
The support is configured as a direct grant provided in the form of a de minimis regime, in the form of partial reimbursement, equal to 70% of the eligible expenses for the development and pre-production of audiovisual works, summarized and detailed below in Annex 1: - expenses in favor of authors and creatives; expenses for the purchase of rights are admissible within 20% of the total contribution granted; - expenses for inspections and research in the Apulian territory; - expenses for participation in training courses co-financed by the Media - Creative Europe Sub-programme (available from the URL creative- europe-media.eu/training-guide), in which the specific candidate project for the facilitation of this Notice has been selected; - costs of participation in the co-production forums and international markets referred to in Table 8 of Ministerial Decree 15 July 2021 n. 251 – Implementing provisions regarding automatic contributions referred to in articles 23, 24 and 25 of law 14 November 2016, n. 220, in which the specific candidate project for the facilitation of this notice has been selected.
