Public notice for non-repayable contributions for management costs incurred by commercial and artisanal economic activities operating in the Municipality of Montregrino Valtravaglia
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Notice are the micro and small businesses that: a) carry out, at the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal fields (registered in the register of artisan businesses) through an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of Montegrino Valtravaglia; b) are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, in the case of artisan businesses, in the Register of Craft Businesses and are active at the time of submission of the application; c) are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy nor are they subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures; d) are up to date with the payment of local taxes and administrative sanctions towards the municipal administration of Montegrino Valtravaglia on the due date; in the event of any pending debts, the debt positions must be regularized before the tender expires, under penalty of forfeiture.
What does it predict
This Notice provides for the provision of non-repayable contributions for management and investment expenses relating to the 2022 year. The former include 2022 expenses such as: rent for commercial premises, bills for utilities relating to commercial premises, personnel expenses and purchase of raw materials. The category of investment expenses, however, includes: restructuring, modernization or expansion of an activity process, purchase of machinery, systems, furnishings and various equipment, masonry and plant works necessary for the installation and connections of new machinery and plants.
