MAD Management Advisor SRL is deeply committed to Corporate Social Responsibility, placing emphasis on diversity, inclusion and gender equality. Through the adoption of standards such as SA 8000 and UNI/PdR 125:2022, our company is dedicated to respecting people's rights and dignity, promoting a work environment that values each individual.
1. Social Responsibility Policy (SA 8000)
Commitments Assumed:
- Operate in accordance with the principles of the SA8000 standard, respecting national, community and international laws regarding labor and workers' rights.
- Maintain social responsibility requirements, guarantee periodic monitoring and continuous improvement of the management system, defining specific improvement objectives.
- Ensure adequate training for staff on ethics and social responsibility, raising suppliers' awareness of the principles of the SA8000 standard.
- Carry out internal audits to ensure compliance with social requirements and adopt necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- Document and communicate the commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, also through the drafting of the Social Report.
- Specific commitments on aspects such as child labour, forced labour, health and safety, freedom of association, discrimination, disciplinary procedures, working hours, and remuneration.
2. Policy for Gender Equality (UNI/PdR 125:2022)
We aim to eliminate all forms of discrimination and promote gender equality. This includes valorising diversity and supporting female empowerment both within the company and in external commercial relations.

- Promote gender equality and remove cultural, organizational and material obstacles that limit the full valorization of people in the organization.
- Develop a clear approach in terms of mission, strategies and active practices to stimulate a collaborative and supportive work environment, valuing diversity and supporting female empowerment.
- Manage staff and careers with a view to gender equality, ensuring the absence of discrimination based on gender, age, sexual orientation and identity, disability, ethnic origin, nationality, political opinions, social category, or religious faith.
- Foster relationships and commercial relationships with companies equally committed to the issues of diversity, inclusion and gender equality.
- Publish information on the Gender Equality strategic plan annually, with specific KPIs, to show progress towards the set objectives.
