Credit-based license for construction sites: achieve 30 points also thanks to the UNI EN ISO 45001 certification
The credit-based license for construction sites has become mandatory in Italy starting from 1 October 2024 for all companies and self-employed workers who operate on temporary or mobile construction sites. This evaluation system, introduced by the Legislative Decree of 2 March 2024 n. 19 and regulated by the Ministerial Decree of 18 September 2024, aims to improve safety on construction sites. Companies can accumulate additional credits, up to a maximum of 30 points, by obtaining UNI EN ISO 45001 certification.
