The FSC Sicily announcement represents a strategic measure of the Sicilian Region for the relaunch of the tourism sector, with a total financial endowment of 135 million euros to be worth the development and cohesion 2021-2027. The initiative is aimed at encouraging production investments in the tourism sector to improve the qualitative level of the accommodation offer, stimulating the hotel and extraalberghier sector towards a total improvement of receptive standards, with particular attention to environmental compatibility, sustainability and digitization.
The announcement is part of the three-year Tourist Development Program 2024-2026 of the Sicilian Region and aims to enhance the tourist offer, raising the quality standards, expansion and improvement of services for the overflowing, and reuse of dismissed real estate with historical-cultural value.
Who is it aimed at?
Companies of all sizes can benefit from the facilities , including inactive ones, in possession of the following ATECO 2025 codes:
