We are looking for a person to join our company's Commercial Team. The ideal candidate must have experience in B2B sales and managing a customer portfolio, must be brilliant, naturally inclined to listen and understand customers' needs and have strong relational skills.

We are looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing, who knows its fundamental principles and notions. We are looking for proactive and dynamic people capable of contributing with solutions and new ideas.

The MAD Key Account Manager will have to recruit new companies and retain the portfolio of companies already customers that will be assigned to him by organizing face-to-face visits

Management and expansion of the customer portfolio.

Sales, negotiations and customer consultancy.

  • Minimum experience: 2 years in B2B sales and customer management (new business, loyalty and customer management)
  • Any previous experience in Communication Agencies or Management Consulting Companies is appreciated
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of digital marketing is preferred
  • Commercial ability and proven negotiation ability
  • Autonomous, extroverted, dynamic, empathetic, persevering person with brilliant dialectics
  • Strong result orientation, determination and propensity for teamwork
  • Predisposition to work in multicultural, structured and dynamic contexts
