EXPERT EURO DESIGNER
JOB DESCRIPTION
MAD is looking for an expert in Euro-planning specialized in the drafting of European projects in the Education, Culture, Digital Transition, Ecological Transition, Cooperation, Social Innovation, Competitiveness sectors.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Search for opportunities;
- Partner search;
- Support in the drafting of new project proposals;
- Support for resource planning and financial management of projects;
- Project task management
- Planning, execution and reporting of project activities.
MAIN TASKS
- Support for the administrative preparation of proposals, budget drafting and definition, resource planning and financial management;
- Support for the drafting of new projects;
- Preparation of deliverables and reporting;
- Support for the development of business models, needs analysis;
- Contribute to the production of project deliverables and outputs;
- Contribute to the production of outputs relating to communication activities.
SKILLS
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the European design sector;
- Broad understanding and knowledge of the functioning of the EU, the Institutions and Executive Agencies;
- Degree in economic/political disciplines and/or having obtained a Master's degree in Euro-planning and reporting of European projects;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, knowledge of at least one other European language (asset);
- Complete proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in both desktop and cloud environments.
- Expertise in using CRM and Project Management Software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, work independently and show initiative.

DURATION AND INDEMNITY
Hiring with a permanent contract or VAT collaboration (with annual contract) if preferred by the candidate.
