Description
According to the UNI 11352 standard, the certification represents a standard of excellence for the Energy Service Company (ESCO), attesting to the organization's ability to offer reliable and measurable energy efficiency services. The certification process provides for a rigorous evaluation of the company documentation, including contracts oriented to achieve results, operating procedures and internal and external communications. To this is added an inspection at the sites in which the interventions were carried out, to concretely verify the effectiveness of the service provided and the customer satisfaction. In Mad, we accompany the companies in the path of obtaining the UNI 11352 certification, supporting them in the preparation of the documentation, in the adjustment of the processes and in the management of the inspection process, enhancing any result obtained in the perspective of growth and competitiveness.
