The intervention supports the participation in trade fairs by regional SMEs in order to broaden their access to foreign markets. The beneficiary SME must participate in the fair with its own physical exhibition space; Participation through collective exhibition spaces is not permitted, even if partly reserved for the beneficiary SME. Participation in fairs that start after the date of publication of the Notice and end by 2024 is eligible. Fairs mean trade fairs, international shows or relevant commercial events, with the exclusion of markets aimed exclusively or mainly at end consumers.
Beneficiary subjects
The intervention is intended for SMEs registered in the Italian Business Register and active there and with an operational headquarters in Lazio; the latter can be acquired before disbursing the contribution. Companies in difficulty and those operating in excluded economic activities and without the general eligibility requirements are excluded.
Eligible interventions
The contribution is paid as a balance upon submission of a specific request to be submitted by February 2025.
Facilitation
The contribution is determined, with reference to each fair, in the amount indicated in the following table as a lump sum referred to in paragraph 3, letter c, of the art. 53 of Reg. (EU) 2021/1060, defined in application of the methodology adopted by the Management Authority, and related share of direct personnel costs calculated pursuant to paragraph 1 of the art. 55 of the same Regulation (flat rate of 20%).
Projects for which a contribution of less than 7,200.00 euros is eligible are not eligible. The maximum contribution that can be granted is 50,000.00 euros.

The contribution is paid as a balance upon submission of a specific request to be submitted by February 2025.
