The measure is aimed at startups and micro-enterprises.
What does it predict
The “Voucher 3I” will allow you to acquire the following consultancy services provided by professionals registered in the lists managed by the National Forensic Council and the Order of Industrial Property Consultants: verification of the patentability of the invention and preventive prior art searches (1,000 euros); drafting of the patent application and filing at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (3,000 euros); filing abroad of an application that claims the priority of a previous national patent application (4,000 euros).
