The "Voucher 3i - Investing in innovation" supports the innovation by encouraging the purchase of professional services, rendered exclusively by lawyers and consultants in industrial property, for the patenting of industrial inventions.

The measure is aimed at startups and micro-enterprises.
What does it predict
The " Voucher 3i" will allow to acquire the following consultancy services provided by the professionals registered in the lists managed by the National Forensic Council and by the Order of Consultants in Industrial Property: verification of the patentability of the invention and research of preventive anterials (€ 1,000); Drafting of the patent and deposit demand at the Italian Patent and Marchi Office (€ 3,000); deposit abroad of a question that claims the priority of a previous national patent demand (€ 4,000).
