A shop is not just a shop supports the commercial activities of Bari through: - the financing, with a non-repayable contribution of up to 50,000 euros, of commercial development projects with economic, territorial, social and cultural impact; - the provision of services information, support, training and networking to support the planning, implementation and follow-up of commercial development projects. In exchange, the beneficiary commercial activities undertake to promote free activities, initiatives, events and services to improve the city and the neighborhood in which they are located or contribute to the progress of the local community. A shop is not just a shop, it is an initiative created as part of d_Bari 2022 – 2024, the program to support the local economy of the city of Bari, and financed with resources from the National Program METRO plus and medium-sized cities in the South 2021 -2027.
Who is it aimed at?
All micro and small businesses already established and active in possession of the following requirements can submit projects: - with operational headquarters in the city of Bari; - registered on the date of publication of the notice in the Business Register held by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts and Agriculture (CCIAA) of Bari;- with fixed operational headquarters (owned or rented or on loan) in premises of which at least one on the ground floor, open to the public and with direct access and overlooking a public street; operating in the NACE sectors (Nomenclature of economic activities):C. Manufacturing activities;G. Wholesale and retail trade; Repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles; H. Transportation and Warehousing;I. Accommodation and food services;J. Information and communication services;L. Real estate activities;M. Professional, scientific and technical activities;N. Administrative and support services activities;P. Education;R. Artistic, entertainment and fun activities;S. Other service activities. The following activities are excluded: - activities carried out within shopping centres, integrated shopping areas and shopping parks or connected to them - trading of gold, silver and other metals and used precious objects - trade in weapons, ammunition and military items - retail outlets of a temporary or seasonal nature - franchising activities - vending machines
What does it predict
A shop is not just a shop provides for a contribution for each commercial development project not exceeding 50,000 euros and must be divided into: - investment expenses up to a maximum of 80% of the total eligible investment expenses and in any case not exceeding 40,000 euros; - management costs up to a maximum of 10,000 euros. The notice provides for accompanying, training and networking actions in favor of the companies eligible for contribution throughout the entire cycle of the commercial development project. Contributions are granted following a "one-stop" procedure carried out on the basis of possession of the requirements until the total resources available are exhausted. The contributions are paid pursuant to the "de minimis" regime referred to in EU Regulation 1407/2013. The application/admission applications for funding will be examined in compliance with the chronological order of arrival by an evaluation team appointed by the Municipality of Bari.
