The intervention "Accommodation facilities in agricultural companies on existing rural buildings" is aimed at financing the creation and development of agritourism hospitality, including agricamping. The support is provided as a non-repayable incentive, in the form of a capital contribution. The support percentage, calculated on the expenditure eligible for financing, is equal to 70%. The maximum grant that can be granted amounts to €50,000.00. The submission of applications for support for an investment volume of less than 15,000 euros is not permitted.
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Notice are the agricultural entrepreneurs referred to in article 2135 of the civil code.
What does it predict
Investments aimed at improving real estate, the purchase of machinery and equipment, intangible investments and related general expenses are eligible for financing within the limit of 10% of the permitted investment or 5% if the investment involves only the purchase of equipment and machinery. 9 The following investments relating to agritourism activities referred to in art. can be financed. 3 of the regional law 11 May 2015, n. 11: a) provision of accommodation in special company premises; b) hospitality in open company spaces intended for parking campers, caravans and caravans; c) administration of food and drinks; d) organization of tastings of company and local products. Interventions to be carried out in the home of the agricultural entrepreneur may also be eligible for support provided that the provisions of article 5, paragraph 3 of LR 11/2015 are respected.
