The “Extra-agricultural accommodation facilities” intervention intends to finance the following non-hotel types referred to in art. 16 of Regional Law n. 16 of 07/28/2017 and articles. 4, 5 and 7 of the Regional Law of 12 August 1998, n. 27: • Guest House/Domo • Holiday Houses and Apartments (CAV) • Youth Hostel The geographical area concerned corresponds to the entire area of the municipalities of the BMG Rural District GAL (Barbagia, Mandrolisai, Gennargentu,) namely: Aritzo, Atzara, Austis, Belvì, Desulo, Gadoni, Gavoi, Lodine, Meana Sardo, Ollolai, Olzai, Oniferi, Ortueri, Ovodda, Sarule, Sorgono, Teti, Tiana, Tonara.
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this announcement are: - micro and small non-agricultural businesses, single or associated, which already carry out hospitality services and have their registered or operational headquarters in the territory of the GAL BMG; - natural persons who intend to create an individual or associated micro-small business having its registered office or operational headquarters in the territory of the GAL BMG to carry out non-hotel hospitality services. The establishment and start-up of the company must take place within three months from the date of the concession decree.
What does it predict
The following interventions necessary for the realization of the following investments are eligible for financing: a) investments for the construction or improvement of real estate; b) investments for the purchase of new machinery, equipment, furnishings and signs relating to the reception activity up to the market value of the asset is covered; c) intangible investments: acquisition or development of computer programs (including websites and other IT solutions) and acquisition of patents, licenses, copyrights, trademarks; d) General expenses within the limit of 10%. The general expenses, referred to in the art. 45, paragraph 2, letter c), of Regulation (EU) no. 1305/2013, can be carried out in the 6 months prior to the submission of the application for support and connected to the planning of the intervention proposed in the same application, including feasibility studies are equally eligible.
