Who is it aimed at?

The recipients of the services provided by the Cd C are businesses, in particular SMEs, within the limits of the provisions of the relevant national and European legislation. 

What does it predict

START4.0 provides services in compliance with national and European legislation on state aid, feeding the national databases relating to state aid and the IT system (Re Gi S) referred to in article 1, paragraph 1043, of law 30 December 2020, n. 178, to support the Ministry, together with all the technology transfer centers (including the Competence Centres), in achieving the national Targets.
