The objective of the tender, promoted by the Fondazione Banca del Monte di Lombardia (FBML), is to offer children and adolescents (aged between 6 and 18) the possibility of using spaces that would otherwise not be used full time and of identifying the school as a place of knowledge, study, aggregation even outside school hours; create opportunities for socialization, inclusion, education and training, including informal ones, within your school; counteract the gap between students coming from family backgrounds of different cultures and social conditions; guarantee all students the same and better conditions of access to study courses; prevent and combat school dropout, educational poverty, discrimination and gender violence and bullying.
Eligible subjects
Public bodies, educational institutions and third sector bodies that have not already submitted a contribution request for 2024 or have other projects underway with FBML.
Eligible interventions
The interventions must be carried out in public schools in the Lombardy region (excluding the province of Sondrio).
What it finances
The proposals may concern the creation of extracurricular activities, courses and workshops in public school spaces, as opportunities to best develop and enhance the individual skills and propensities of young people;
support interventions for boys and girls experiencing difficulty in their school career;
initiatives aimed at promoting an inclusive teaching approach and the adoption of innovative teaching strategies, at creating opportunities for meetings between the various subjects of the educational community and cultural opportunities and for approaching art and science in all its forms; improve or implement school facilities such as equipment, educational materials.
Eligible expenses
Project costs external to the requesting body will be incurred relating to services, purchases of materials/equipment, and professional assignments.
Expenses of an internal nature within the institution, management, secretarial, coordination, relating to employees or collaborators/teachers within the institution, or rent will not be financed. The proposed courses/workshops must be free for students.
Concession
10,000-20,000 euros per proposal. Total financial endowment 200,000 euros.
