This is a contributory measure aimed at strengthening the agritourism offer through the purchase of mobile homes to be used as agritourism accommodation.
Who is it aimed at?
The measure in question is aimed at agricultural businesses based in the regional territory, registered in the list of agritourism operators kept at the Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture referred to in article 7 of regional law 22 July 1996, n. 25 (Discipline of agritourism).
What does it predict
The contributory measure provides for the granting of aid in de minimis, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2023/2831, in the amount of 40 percent of the eligible expenditure and within the overall maximum limit of 25,000 euros, for: a) the preparation and arrangement of the areas intended to host mobile homes, including the construction of car parks, lighting and fences; b) purchase and installation of mobile homes; c) construction of toilets; d) construction of systems serving mobile homes, including those of home automation; e) technical, general and administrative expenses up to a maximum of 10 percent of those referred to in letters a) to d).
