The public notice finances Phase 2 of the establishment and management of the GO Operational Group, the implementation of the innovative project and the dissemination of results in the agricultural or forestry sector with the aim of: a) encouraging the establishment and management of the GO; b) encourage the implementation by the GO of the innovative project, developed during Phase 1 of setting up/launching the Operational Groups of the European Partnership for Innovation (PEI), and the dissemination of the results.
Who is it aimed at?
1. The beneficiary of support in Phase 2 of establishment and management of the GO for the implementation of the innovative project is the Operational Group (constituting or constituted).2. The project team must be made up of at least two individuals belonging to the categories listed in the following paragraph 7.1, paragraph 1, letters from a) to e), of which at least one belonging to the categories from a) to d) and one belonging to the category e) .3. The Partners that make up the project team give the Lead Partner (Applicant) the special collective mandate with representation, in the form of a public deed or authenticated private agreement, for the presentation of the support application.4. The Lead Partner, as applicant, is the sole point of contact for the project in relations with the Region, the Paying Body and the Control Bodies, and to whom the partners must report the activities carried out and the expenses incurred.
What does it predict
For the implementation of Phase 2 of the establishment and management of the GO, for the implementation of the innovative project and the dissemination of the results, the expenses listed below are eligible: a) administrative and legal expenses for the establishment of the GO; b) costs of exercise of cooperation (staff for project coordination and management activities, entertainment, meetings and meetings, rental of premises); c) specific direct expenses for the implementation of the activities indicated in the innovative project (feasibility and market studies, business plans, etc. .);d) expenses for the creation and verification of prototypes;e) expenses for tests, laboratory and taste analyzes (panel tests), field tests, purchase of patents and licenses, purchase of software strictly indispensable for the realization of the project ;f) expenses for dissemination of results.
