Support for the managing bodies of Umbrian social and healthcare facilities damaged by Covid-19.
Who is it aimed at?
Incentive intended for private management bodies of social and healthcare facilities. The subjects who intend to participate in the distribution of resources must possess the requirements listed below: a) subjective requirements: i) healthcare and social-health facilities providing extra-hospital territorial assistance, residential and semi-residential, located in the regional territory and affiliated with the USL Umbria 1 or with the USL Umbria 2; ii) or, entities awarded residential care services (semi-residential services are therefore excluded) contracted by USL Umbria 1 or USL Umbria 2; b) objective requirements: i) in reference to the 2020 budget, negative difference between income and revenues from typical production activities and expenses from typical production activities; ii) or, difference between income and revenues from typical production activities and expenses from activities typical of production, referring to data from the 2020 budget, lower than that referring to data from the 2019 budget.
