The intervention supports agricultural businesses that want to diversify their activities by providing services to the community, in aggregation with public and/or private entities, in the context of social agriculture: on-farm services aimed at the community and disadvantaged individuals (including children and the elderly ) residing in the territory of the LAG. The operation promotes and supports the establishment of public-private and private networks and the strengthening of existing ones, the operation and implementation of the project with the aim of "diversification of agricultural activities into activities relating to healthcare, integration social, community-supported agriculture and environmental and food education". Who is it aimed at?
Beneficiaries of this Notice may be aggregations between agricultural businesses and other entities such as public bodies, educational institutions, universities, third sector entities and micro and small non-agricultural businesses.
What does it predict
The support is provided as a non-repayable incentive - in line with the provisions of paragraph 6 of article 35 of Regulation (EU) No. 1305/2013 - to cover the costs of the cooperation and the costs of the project. The support is equal to 100% of the eligible expenditure. The support is provided under the conditions set out in Regulation (EU) no. 1407/2013 of the Commission of 18 December 2013, relating to the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to "de minimis" aid.
