The measure intends to encourage growth and support companies operating in the field of cultural activities, entertainment and visual arts in general, cinema, music, publishing, fashion, design and cultural entertainment activities that cover In Campania a fundamental socio-economic role and represent an important territorial attraction factor.
Who is it aimed at?
Micro, small or medium -sized enterprises.
For the scope a
a) Artistic representations (ATECO Code: 90.01, 90.02, 90.03),
b) Management of artistic structures and cinemas (Ateco Code: 90.04, 59.14),
c) libraries, archives and museum activities (Ateco code: 91.01, 91.02),
d) management of historical places and monuments and similar attractions; Activities of botanical gardens, zoological gardens and natural reserves (Ateco code: 91.03, 91.04); or, in the case of "Third Sector Bodies" to the following ICNPO classification (International Classification of Non Profit Organization): a) Area 1 sector 01 Culture, Sport and Recreation 1 - Cultural and artistic activities; b) Area 1 Sector 01 Culture, Sport and Recreation 3 - Recreational and socialization activities
For the scope b
a) Cultural industries sector: photography, press;
b) sector of creative industries: publishing, graphics, recording studios, radio and television, sound recordings, computer games (cultural theme), communication;
c) complementary sectors: advertising services, software and development, ICT; Different architecture and services for cultural heritage, design, Made in Italy, fashion and sectors in which the activities connected to traditions and local cultural find expression.
In the case of consortia or network-subjects, the beneficiary is the same consortium or the same network, and not the individual subjects who are part of it.
What does it predict
Setting to : capital contribution, to cover 80% of the eligible expenses, up to the maximum amount of: - € 200,000.00 for the design proposals presented in single form; - € 400,000.00 for the project proposals presented in aggregate form (consortia/reti -cect). Aid "in exemption".
Area B : capital contribution, to cover 60% of the eligible expenses, up to the maximum amount of: - € 150,000.00 for the design proposals presented in single form; - € 300,000.00 for the project proposals presented in aggregate form (consortia/reti -cect). Aid in de minimis.
