The measure promotes the investments of accommodation facilities for competitive development and for the design of innovative offers. In particular, two lines of intervention are identified:
1) the redevelopment of hotel accommodation facilities and non -hotel non -hotel accommodation facilities, in operation on the date of submission of the application, managed in a legal business form;
2) the construction of new hotel accommodation facilities and non -hotel non -hotel accommodation facilities managed in a legal business form
Who is it aimed at?
SMEs who, at the time of submitting the application for participation in the implementing notice, are in possession of the following requirements:
In case of redevelopment of hotel accommodation or non -hotel in the open air in operation
a) they carry out, pursuant to the wake of accommodation or other qualifying title, the activity regularly identified by CIR and Cin:
- Hotel receptive subject to redevelopment pursuant to Chapter II of the LRN 27/2015 (hotels or hotels; tourist-hotel residences; Condhotel; widespread hotels);
- non -hotel receptive in the open air subject of redevelopment pursuant to Chapter V of the LRN 27/2015 (tourist villages and campsites);
b) are regularly constituted, registered and active in the business register (as resulting from a chamber view);
c) have an active operational headquarters on the territory of Lombardy, as resulting from a chamber of view, where the accommodation activity subject to intervention is carried out;
d) are in order, pursuant to art. 38 paragraph 8 of the LR 27/2015, with the communication of tourist flows and with the reporting of the guests on the basis of the indications of the public security authority with reference to the previous two years, where applicable;
e) declare the compliance of the intervention to the municipal urban discipline in force where expenses are expected for masonry and plant engineering works.
The requirements of:
- exercise of an accommodation activity that can be admissible pursuant to the announcement;
- regular communication, pursuant to art. 38 paragraph 8 of the LRN 27/2015, tourist flows and the reporting of the guests on the basis of the indications of the public security authority must be maintained from the date of communication of the admissibility to the facility and up to 3 (three) years following the provision of the final payment of the facilitation to the beneficiary, under penalty of forfeiture of the right to the same concession.
In the event of a new accommodation facility
a) declare the intention to carry out one of the following types of accommodation, to be proven by obtaining - no later than the request for the provision of the balance - of wake of accommodation or other qualifying qualification regularly identified by CIR and Cin:
- Hotel receptive pursuant to Chapter II of the LRN 27/2015 (hotels or hotels; tourist-hotel residences; Condhotel; widespread hotels);
- non -hotel receptive in the open air pursuant to Chapter V of the LRN 27/2015 (tourist villages and campsites);
b) declare the intention to activate, no later than the request for the provision of the balance, an operational headquarters in Lombardy where to carry out the accommodation activity subject to intervention;
c) are regularly constituted and registered in the business register (as resulting from chamber view);
d) declare the compliance of the intervention to the municipal urban discipline in force where expenses are expected for masonry and plant engineering works.
The requirements of:
- exercise of an accommodation activity that can be admissible pursuant to the announcement;
- regular communication, pursuant to art. 38 paragraph 8 of the LRN 27/2015, tourist flows and the reporting of guests on the basis of the indications of the public security authority; They must be guaranteed by the request for the disbursement of the balance and up to 3 (three) years following the provision of the final payment of the facilitation to the beneficiary, under penalty of forfeiture of the right to the facility itself.
Each applicant can submit only one application for adhesion for a single location and for a single accommodation structure subject to intervention (wake of the wake of accommodation or other qualification of accommodation activities).
What does it predict
The facility is granted and paid for a help intensity equal to 50% of the total eligible expenses, without prejudice to the maximum granted contribution of 300,000.00 euros (three hundred thousand/00) and the investment threshold that must not be less than 80,000.00 euros (eighty thousand/00).
