The notice is issued to implement Submeasure 6.4. "Creation and development of non-agricultural activities in rural areas" - Operation 6.4.4 "Support for investments in the creation and development of commercial activities". The operation is aimed at encouraging investments in non-agricultural activities necessary for employment growth and the sustainable development of rural areas with particular attention to female and youth employment. Who is it aimed at?
The call is aimed at micro-enterprises and small enterprises (pursuant to EU recommendation no. 361/2003), including newly established ones, in the Commerce sector. In particular, companies that carry out a prevalent activity falling within the following ATECO Codes can apply: - G – Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, excluding categories 45.11.02, 45.19.02, 45.31.02, 45.40.12 and 45.40.22 and group 46.1;- I – Accommodation and catering services activities excluding division 55 ;- J – Information and communication services;- N – Rental, travel agencies, business support services;- R – Artistic, sporting, entertainment and leisure activities.
What does it predict
Only the following types of investments are eligible: a. construction or improvement of real estate;b. purchase or leasing of new machinery and equipment until the market value of the asset is covered;c. general expenses linked to the expenses referred to in letters a) and b), such as architects, engineers and consultants' fees, fees for consultancy on environmental and economic sustainability, including feasibility studies. Feasibility studies remain eligible expenses even when, based on their results, no expenses have been incurred under letters a) and b); d. intangible investments: acquisition or development of computer programs and acquisition of patents, licenses, copyrights, trademarks. In order to be eligible for support and benefit from aid payments, investments must fall within the eligible territory of the Gal Consorzio Lunigiana. The eligible territory of the Gal Consorzio Lunigiana is that included within the municipalities of Aulla, Bagnone, Casola in L., Comano, Filattiera, Fivizzano, Fosdinovo, Licciana Nardi, Mulazzo, Podenzana, Pontremoli, Tresana, Villafranca in L. and Zeri . The support is granted in the form of a non-repayable contribution up to 40% of the total eligible cost, which can be increased to 50% in the case of young entrepreneurs and for businesses located in municipalities with a hardship index higher than the regional average. The maximum contribution that can be paid per beneficiary is 50,000 euros.
