Who is it aimed at?

The benefit is aimed at tourist accommodation companies that have been operating in Sardinia since at least 01.01.2014

What does it predict

Suspension of IRAP payment for the 2024 tax period and postponement to the year 2030 without application of interest. Companies must present a surety guarantee covering a period of 5 years for at least 50% of the amount corresponding to the IRAP due for the year 2024.
