Who is it aimed at?

The measure is aimed at natural persons residing and businesses operating in the Aosta Valley area affected by the flood events of 29 and 30 June 2024.

What does it predict

It consists in the suspension for a period of 12 months of the payment of the installments of the subsidized mortgages provided for by various regional laws, without the payment of late payment interest and additional charges by the beneficiaries of the measure. Borrowers can request suspension of payment of subsidized mortgage installments with a specific application to be submitted to Finaosta SpA and the affiliated banks by 30 September 2024.
