Public call for the selection of project proposals, aimed at granting funding for activities consistent with Spoke 9 - "energy-sustainable advanced materials" of the NEST extended partnership - drawing on the resources of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) mission 4, “education and research” – component 2, “from research to business” – investment line 1.3, financed by the European Union.
Who is it aimed at?
The following are eligible to submit project proposals in response to this Notice: a) Public Administrations; b) Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), as defined in Annex I to Regulation no. 651/2014/EU of the European Commission;c) Innovative startups (art. 25 of Legislative Decree 179/2012- startup.registroimprese.it);d) Large companies (GI);e) Universities and bodies supervised by the MUR;f) Organizations of Research (Od R), both public and private, as defined pursuant to point 1.3 letter (ff) of the new CSR Regulations referred to in communication C(2022) 7388 of 19 October 2022.
What does it predict
The call provides for the granting of funding for research activities consistent with the "NEST" Extended Partnership Research and Innovation Program in terms of repercussions and impacts of the results with at least one of the following research and innovation themes: - Sustainable nanostructured materials for photoelectrochemical production of hydrogen and chlorine;- Scalable and sustainable production of nanostructured materials for the fabrication of photo-electrodes and/or large-scale electrodes;- Sustainable photocatalytic nano-materials for artificial photosynthesis and solar fuel production;- Scalability of materials in the process for capture-reuse-valorisation of CO2;- Magnetic and superconducting materials not containing rare earths;- Metallic and ceramic materials for high temperature energy applications;- Porous materials and lattice structures for the conversion and storage of green hydrogen and energy. The overall value of each individual project proposal must have a minimum amount of €200,000.00 and a maximum of €350,000.00.
