Who is it aimed at?
Regional associations and private law entities bearing collective interests of agricultural businesses in the Marche region, established and operating for at least 3 years in the regional territory, provided they are represented: – among the social forces in the current Council of the CNEL (National Council of Economy and of Labour) or – in the Council of the Chamber of Commerce, also through affiliation, pursuant to art. 10 of Law n.580/1993, as amended by Legislative Decree n.23/2010, and Ministerial Decree n.155/2011. These subjects (proponents) can, in the same, identify as the sole implementing body of each initiative one of their provincial or inter-provincial associations or one of their service companies or consortiums, provided that they are at least 75% owned by the same associations (or by other subjects of their emanation, or by the set of associations established at provincial level on a regional scale)
What does it predict
The contributions referred to in this public notice have the aim of financing projects and initiatives, generally at a regional level, aimed at the valorisation, traceability and safety of local agri-food products and at the promotion of the direct relationship between producers and consumers and of the short supply chain, also in light of the uncertain outcomes of the new international crises, which are pushing economic systems to reorganize themselves according to logics of proximity and loyalty with producers, as better detailed in the art. 2 of the notice. The projects and initiatives for which the contribution is requested must be started from 01.01.2024 and must be implemented and concluded by the deadline of 12.31.2024. The list of eligible and non-eligible expenses is defined in the art. 5. For each project or initiative, it is possible to submit a specific application starting from 02/01/2024 and no later than the deadline of 03/29/2024 by completing the appropriate form and sending it via PEC to the institutional address: cciaa @pec.marche.camcom.it The amount of the grant that can be granted is set at 70% of the eligible expenses indicated in the financial estimate and in any case cannot exceed the maximum amount of €100,000.00 for each initiative. In the event that the total amount of grants that can be granted exceeds the availability of the fund, the amount of grants actually granted will be proportionally reduced for all eligible initiatives and projects. If the application is accepted, the beneficiary is required, under penalty of revocation of the contribution, to submit a specific payment application accompanied by the accounting documentation, within 60 days of the deadline for carrying out the activities set at 31.12.2024.
