The objective of this facilitation is to support companies in the Marche region that take part in the national and international trade fairs taking place in the second half of 2024 both in presence and in virtual mode
Who is it aimed at?
The benefit is aimed at operational MSMEs (with employees) located in the Marche Region.
What does it predict
The companies, referred to in art. 2 of this Notice, can request a contribution from the Chamber of Commerce for participation in the following trade fairs taking place in the second half of 2024: – in-person trade fairs held in a foreign country; – in-person international fairs taking place in Italy which can be consulted in the calendar published on the website https://www.regioni.it/home/calendario-manifestazioni-fiericchie-2662/ of the Conference of Regions and autonomous provinces: – Certified international – Non-certified international - the only national fairs that have the characteristics of internationality. – in-person fairs that take place in the Marche region and promote the excellence of the Marche region; – digital fairs regardless of territoriality and registration in the international fair calendar. The contribution is granted - for the eligible expenses listed in the art. 4 of the notice - based on the following types of fairs: A. Fairs in Italy: 60% of the eligible and receipted costs, net of VAT, up to a maximum of 4,500.00 Euros; B. Trade fairs abroad (in EU countries): 60% of the eligible and receipted costs, net of VAT, up to a maximum of 4,500.00 Euros; C. Trade fairs abroad (in NON-EU countries): 60% of the costs, eligible and receipted, net of VAT, up to a maximum of 5,500.00 Euros; D. Fairs in the Marche: 60% of the eligible and receipted costs, net of VAT, for the above items up to a maximum of 400.00 Euros; E. DIGITAL Fairs: 60% of the eligible and receipted costs, net of VAT, for the above items up to a maximum of 1,500.00 Euros. Each company will be able to submit a maximum of one application for the period considered for the types of fairs envisaged (A, B, C, D, E). The application must refer to trade fairs held in the second half of 2024 (1 July - 31 December 2024). It is sufficient that just one day of participation in the trade fair falls within the period considered. Applications can be sent from 10:00 on 14.01.2025 to 16:00 on 21.01.2025 exclusively electronically, via the RESTART platform, by accessing the link https://restart.infocamere.it. Access to the Restart platform takes place with authentication via second level SPID digital identity "natural person" (the "company" SPID is not permitted) or via National Service Card (CNS) with device PIN or CIE. For electronic submission it is necessary to follow the instructions in the guides for submitting applications on the Restart platform which will be made available on the Chamber of Commerce website www.marche.camcom.it before the opening date of the tender. In the IT system, the notice identified by the code 24F2 «Internationalization Notice 2024 – 2nd semester», type of application “Request” must be selected. The sending of the application can be delegated to an intermediary authorized to send electronic documents, to whom the legal representative of the company grants power of attorney. The online platform is accessible only on weekdays from 8:00 to 21:00 and on Saturdays from 8:00 to 14:00. IT procedures may be subject to change. The notice will be accessible on the RESTART platform starting from 10:00 am on 01.07.2025 only to allow the pre-compilation of the procedures and the uploading of the attachments.
