The Municipality of Monfalcone, the leading municipality of the Commerce District of the northernmost point of the Mediterranean, prepares the tender aimed at the technological development of companies, in particular it encourages the purchase and activation of technological plants and systems necessary for the digitalisation of production processes , the customization of the products supplied and the services provided and the development of digitalisation and the implementation of Information Technology (IT) systems, as well as sustainable development.
Who is it aimed at?
Companies that satisfy the following requirements can benefit from the contribution: – be MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) pursuant to Annex 1 of EU Regulation no. 651/2014; – be registered in the Company Register and be active on the date of submission of the grant application; – not be in voluntary liquidation and not be subject to insolvency proceedings underway or open against them before the date of submission of the grant application; – have a local unit located within the territorial scope of the Commerce District (Municipalities of: Monfalcone, Aquileia, Duino Aurisina, Grado, Muggia, Ronchi dei Legionari, San Canzian d'Isonzo, San Pier d'Isonzo , Staranzano) and which: 1. has a window on the street or is located on the ground floor of the buildings; 2. has premises directly accessible to the public, where a trade or craft activity is carried out including: retail sale of goods and/or services; administration of food and drinks; provision of personal services; - not falling within the exclusion field referred to in art. 1 of EU Reg. n. 1407/2013 “De minimis”; – the causes of prohibition, forfeiture or suspension provided for by law do not exist against them (art. 67 of Legislative Decree 6/09/2011 no. 159 “Effects of the prevention measures provided for by the Code of anti-mafia laws and prevention measures, as well as new provisions regarding anti-mafia documentation"). In the case of a company, this declaration must be made by all the subjects indicated in the art. 85 of Legislative Decree 6/09/2011 n. 159. To access the contribution, companies that hold legal gambling machines must formally undertake to remove, upon expiry of the installation contract stipulated with the concessionaire, any legal gambling machines held for any reason and cannot proceed with new installations from the date of submission of the contribution application and for the following three years from the disbursement of the contribution if the installation is not already inhibited by the map for identifying sensitive places pursuant to LR 8/2013. The eligibility requirements must be met on the date of submission of the application.
What does it predict
The expenses identified in article 13, paragraph 3 of regional law no. are eligible. 3/2021 and relating to the following types of interventions: a) the purchase and activation of technological systems and systems necessary for the digitalisation of production processes; b) technological development related to the customization of the products supplied and the services provided; c) the development of digitalisation and implementation of Information Technology (IT) systems as well as sustainable development. Expenses not included in the previous points are considered ineligible. The maximum expenditure that can be paid for interventions deemed eligible is equal to 50% of the expenditure incurred including VAT and up to the maximum amount of €2,250.00 including VAT, while expenses lower than €1,000.00 including VAT will not be financed.
