Things

The notice, approved with DGR n. 379 of 09 April 2024, provides for the following types of intervention eligible for support:- re-engineering of the product and/or product packaging in order to promote its durability, reparability or recovery methods, including pilot plants;- plant re-engineering of the process or product aimed at replacing raw materials or additives used in the production cycle with waste, End of Waste (already authorized or to be authorised) or by-products, including pilot plants;- re-engineering of the production cycle and/or modifications management of the production cycle and supply chain in order to improve production efficiency by reducing resource consumption and processing waste, including pilot plants; - re-engineering of the production cycle, also in synergy with different production entities, that prevents the production of waste through the creation of a supply chain of by-products.

Who is it aimed at?

The beneficiaries of the contribution are individual micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. 

What does it predict

The overall financial endowment of this Notice is equal to 7,214,206.00 Euros. The following types of expenditure are eligible: - New and used machinery, systems and equipment, - Land, - Plant/intervention buildings, - Building and plant works functional to the intervention, - IT programs, patents, licenses, know-how and knowledge non-patented techniques, - Expenses for specialist consultancy and external services, - Expenses for guarantees, - General expenses. The different types of support are described below: 1. De minimis: type of aid scheme pursuant to and within the limits of the “de minimis” Regulation (EU) no. 2023/2831. Maximum intensity: 70%, Grantable support: 35,000 Euros – 210,000 Euros, Duration of the project: Within 24 months of the publication on the BUR of the Financing Decree.2. Exempt (Micro and Small Enterprises): Type Aid regime compatible with the internal market pursuant to Regulation (EU) no. 651/2014, article 47 Investment aid for the recycling and reuse of waste. Maximum intensity: 55%, Grantable support: 165,000 Euros – 1,100,000 Euros, Duration of the project: Within 24 months of publication on the BUR of the Financing Decree.
