The call supports the implementation of investment and entrepreneurial development programs by innovative startups that are in a phase of consolidation or growth. The tender therefore intends to support the consolidation of the innovative startup which, through a capital strengthening operation, aims to implement a development project for its business. The measure operates in particular by integrating, with a non-repayable contribution of the same amount ("pari passu" method), the capital strengthening operations of innovative start-ups carried out by external investors and any additional subjects. In this sense, start-ups must be able to independently find, as part of a capital strengthening operation functional to the implementation of the business plan covered by the facilitation, resources at least equal to the requested contribution and, in any case, not less than €150,000, 00. External capital investments can be made by corporate companies of any type and size (large companies or SMEs) or specialized investors (e.g. venture capital funds). Operations started from the date of publication of the provision approving this measurement sheet (23/12/2023) are eligible. The duration of the project (business plan) can be a maximum of two years.
