Non-repayable contributions to companies in the manufacturing sector for the implementation of interventions to reduce energy consumption through self-production and possible accumulation of renewable energy, pursuant to article 77 bis of regional law 22 February 2021, n. 3 (Provisions for modernisation, growth and sustainable development towards a new economy of Friuli Venezia Giulia (Sviluppo Impresa)).

Who is it aimed at?

The loans are intended for micro, small, medium and large enterprises which carry out primary activities relating to the manufacturing sector in the registered office or local unit where the intervention is carried out, also set up in the form of a consortium, consortium company or business network with legal subjectivity.

What does it predict

Projects whose object is the purchase and installation of new photovoltaic systems in the company's headquarters or local unit or the strengthening of pre-existing photovoltaic systems, aimed at the production and self-consumption of electricity from renewable sources, of nominal power not greater than 5,000 kWp. The following systems strictly connected to the plants indicated above can also be financed: a) energy storage systems functional to the storage of energy produced by the financed plants; b) intelligent energy monitoring and management systems including home automation in order to reduce the energy footprint of companies.

Only projects are eligible for funding: a) carried out in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region; the financeable intervention concerns a single location or local unit; the headquarters or local unit where the investment is made may also include multiple real estate units; b) the expected production of the financed plant is not greater than the annual energy requirement, with a tolerance of 15%, in excess, as certified by a qualified technician; expenses relating to the part exceeding the annual energy requirement are not eligible; c) obtain a score of at least 12 points out of 32 available, based on the evaluation criteria indicated in Annex A to the regulation.
