As part of the Campania Rural Development Plan 2014-2022, the tender implements Submeasure 6.2 "Aid for starting up entrepreneurial activities for non-agricultural activities in rural areas", Type of intervention 6.2.1 "Aid for starting up business enterprise for non-agricultural activities in rural areas". The Measure encourages the creation of new businesses for non-agricultural activities in the rural areas of the Upper Caserta area in order to support the increase in jobs and the maintenance of an active social fabric in rural areas otherwise potentially at risk of abandonment. This type of intervention takes place with an action aimed at starting a business for non-agricultural activities in rural areas.
Who is it aimed at?
The call is aimed at micro-enterprises and small businesses, as well as natural persons, with operational headquarters in rural areas C and D (ref. paragraph 2.2 of the PSR Campania 2014-2020) falling within the territory pertaining to the GAL Consorzio Alto Casertano who, at the time of submitting the application for support, start an extra-agricultural activity and implement a Business Development Plan.
What does it predict
The benefit consists in the granting of a flat rate premium. The amount of support per project is equal to a total of €40,000 calculated on the basis of the average annual regional income multiplied by the years necessary for the implementation of the intervention. The aid is granted under the “de minimis” regime. The support is paid in two installments, equal to 60% and 40% of the total amount granted, until the expiry date of the Campania PSR 2014/2020 set for 06/30/2025.
