Granting of concessions in favor of subjects who proceed with the expansion of existing commercial establishments or the reopening of establishments which have been closed for at least six months, located in the territories of municipalities with a population of up to 20,000 inhabitants. Who is it aimed at?
Operators of activities in the sectors of crafts, tourism, provision of services intended for environmental protection, the use of cultural heritage and leisure, as well as retail trade, limited to the businesses referred to in article 4, paragraph 1, letters d) and e) , of the legislative decree 31 March 1998, n. 114, including the supply of food and drinks to the public. However, the activities indicated in paragraph 3 of the art. are excluded. 30-ter of Legislative Decree 34/2019.
What does it predict
The benefits consist of the provision of contributions for the year in which the opening or expansion of the businesses takes place and for the following three years. The amount of the contribution referred to in the previous period is related to the sum of the municipal taxes owed by the operator and regularly paid in the year preceding the one in which the request for concession is presented in the amount envisaged by the resolution of the Municipal Council no. 15 of 13 February 2020.
