The incentive aims to assist and support Veneto SMEs through an integrated offer of services that can contribute to encouraging the expansion and diversification of outlet markets and strengthening the competitiveness of companies abroad. As part of the ""Digital showroom 2024"" project jointly shared by the Chamber of Commerce, included in the 2024 promotional program signed by the VENETO REGION and by Unioncamere del Veneto, Venicepromex Agenzia per l'internazionalizza scarl offers Veneto SMEs the opportunity to create a video company to promote itself on foreign markets. The service is free. The service involves the creation of a promotional video (corporate) or presentation of products/systems (lasting 2 minutes) via the digital showroom and includes: - assistance in choosing the structure of the video; - development of the project with modern technologies both in filming and editing; - assistance for the creation of a video script (paid by the company) following the storytelling narrative; - filming at the Digital Showroom in Padua, c/o room 11 Pad. 11 Padova Fiere (Via N. Tommaseo 59 Padova) and at the company headquarters; - creative editing with the possibility of animations, sounds, regularly licensed music and subtitles; - delivery of the finished product in mp4 format.”
Who is it aimed at?
Only SMEs (no large companies) based in Veneto, active and registered in the business register and up to date with the payment of the annual fee, can join the project. Incentive aimed at all economic sectors – Plus-sectorial. When accepting requests for participation, the chronological order of receipt by Venicepromex of the participation forms will be taken into account until the amount available for the project is exhausted. Priority for admission will be given to companies joining the project for the first time and followed by companies assigned the service in the previous edition.
What does it predict
Opportunity to create a corporate video to promote yourself on foreign markets. The total amount of the project is equal to 50,000.00 Euros. The initiative benefits from a "de minimis" contribution for a maximum indicative amount of €2,700.00 per company. Venicepromex will communicate to each company participating in the project the actual value of the de minimis aid based on the number of participating companies. Registrations: from 9 May 2024 at 12.00 until 4 June 2024.
