Who is it aimed at?

State and non-state universities / special university institutes / public research bodies referred to in article 1 of the Legislative Decree of 25 November 2016, n. 218 / IRCCS present on Italian territory / who hold at least one patent and/or have applied for at least one patent as specified in the notice.

What does it predict

Concessionary measure which provides for the recognition of an incentive for: a) personnel expenses; b) materials, equipment and software licenses; c) specialist technological consultancy services.
