Public notice to support the employment of specific categories of individuals with greater difficulties in entering/reentering the job market, financing the provision of hiring contributions to private employers
Who is it aimed at?
Private employers (companies, bodies, associations, freelancers and more generally all private employers with the exception of natural persons as domestic employers), with registered or operational headquarters for the hiring in Tuscany.
What does it predict
Provision of incentives for the hiring of the categories of workers listed below: 1) Young unemployed people under 30 hired on a permanent basis; 2) Unemployed people over 30 affected by a dismissal starting from 01/01/2021 (with the exception of those dismissed for just cause or for justified subjective reason) hired on a permanent basis; 3) Individuals over 30 disadvantaged pursuant to art. 17 bis paragraph 5 Regional Law 26 July 2002, n.32 employed on a permanent or fixed-term basis with a contract lasting at least 12 months; 4) Unemployed individuals over 55, employed on a permanent or fixed-term basis with a contract lasting at least 12 months months; 5) Unemployed women, hired on a permanent basis; 6) People with disabilities hired on a permanent or fixed-term basis with a contract lasting at least 12 months.
