The green line is aimed at SMEs for investments dedicated to the energy efficiency of production plants to encourage the reduction of the environmental impact of production systems, both through the reduction of energy consumption and through the recovery of energy and/or the capture of greenhouse gases from existing production cycles.
Who is it aimed at?
The benefit is aimed at SMEs in possession of the following requirements: - established, registered and active in the Company Register with at least two financial statements filed on the date of submission of the financing application - with an operational headquarters in Lombardy. with ratings from 1 to 10 according to the Credit Scoring methodology on historical data of the Evaluation Model for calculating the probability of default of the Central Guarantee Fund.
What does it predict
The benefit is made up of: - a free regional guarantee on a medium-long term loan provided by the Financing Parties and aimed at obtaining the financial resources necessary for the investment; - a non-repayable capital contribution on the investment. The intensity of the non-repayable contribution varies depending on the reference area of the company and the aid regime applied. The capital contribution will be paid by Finlombarda spa, the entity managing the measure, in a single payment, following verification of the reporting of eligible expenses. The minimum investment amount must be 100,000 euros, the maximum eligible amount - between financing supported by guarantee and non-repayable contribution - is 3 million euros.
