The call is aimed at carrying out interventions aimed at: - rationalizing the use of raw materials by replacing non-renewable materials with renewable, recycled, permanent recycled, biodegradable and compostable materials - valorising industrial by-products and their re-introduction into the value chain , supporting waste recovery activities and companies that use secondary raw materials, also through industrial symbiosis initiatives - improving production efficiency by reducing the consumption of resources and processing waste or ensuring that these are managed as by-products - allow easier disassembly of the different components of a product also in relation to the types of materials used, thus favoring their recovery, treatment and recyclability - extend the life of the product itself, promoting sustainable eco-design practices of the products, creating products and components with a greater reparability and maintenance index, in order to allow the replacement of technologically obsolete/damaged parts or to allow the reuse of the product, even following any maintenance.

What does it predict
The tender provides for benefits in the form of a subsidized loan combined with a non-repayable contribution and a reduction in the costs of the guarantee of up to 80%, which can be raised to 90% for companies located in non-coastal municipalities of the eligible expenditure for the conversion interventions of the business activity from a linear to a circular approach. Eligible for financing are costs for: - construction and plant works (within the limit of 10% of the overall investment); - purchase of machinery, production plants and equipment; - consultancy (to the extent not exceeding 40% of the overall investment) ;-purchase of software, patents, licenses, know-how (within the limit of 20% of the overall investment);-indirect costs (up to 7% of eligible direct costs).
