The call, based on the PR FESR Liguria 2021-2027 – Action 1.2.3, supports the implementation of projects aimed at introducing the most modern technologies and/or digital services necessary to increase the efficiency of internal production and business processes. The interventions must make it possible to: - improve the efficiency of the company and the organization of work; - develop e-commerce solutions and cloud computing services; - create technological solutions for electronic payments; - adopt technological solutions to facilitate sustainable development of the company (e.g. IT tools for the ESG report, a key tool through which companies communicate to their stakeholders the performance and objectives achieved in the field of environmental sustainability, social responsibility and corporate governance); - adopt technological solutions innovative such as those envisaged by the National Transition Plan 4.0 (Internet of things, Big data analytics, Horizontal and vertical integration of systems, Virtual simulations, Robotics, Cloud computing, Augmented reality, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence).

The call is aimed at micro, small and medium-sized Ligurian businesses.
What does it predict
The benefit consists of a non-repayable contribution amounting to 50% of the expenses incurred for the implementation of digitalisation projects.
