The notice is part of the regional youth employment development strategy with reference to the new programming phase of the Youth Guarantee, contributing to the implementation of Measure 2C "Recruitment and training". This action, aimed at supporting and facilitating the employment placement of young people who only partially possess the skills to carry out the job and therefore supporting them in completing their professional profile following the activation of an employment contract - other than an apprenticeship .
Who is it aimed at?
The notice is aimed at companies intending to hire young people who meet the requirements of both the Axis I and Axis Ibis Youth Guarantee programmes.
What does it predict
The benefit consists of a reimbursement of costs incurred for training activities aimed at young people hired.
