The provisions of this ordinance apply to properties located in the Municipalities of the Metropolitan City of Catania destroyed or damaged by the seismic events of 26 December 2018, identified in Annex 1 of the legislative decree of 18 April 2019 n. 32, converted with amendments by law 14 June 2019 n. 55.
Who is it aimed at?
To legitimized subjects, entitled to the properties identified by paragraph 2 of the art. 10 of the legislative decree, a contribution determined according to the methods and criteria set out in the following art. 6 of the ordinance, aimed at carrying out the interventions indicated in letters a), b) and c) of paragraph 1 of the art. 10 of the legislative decree In case of transfer to third parties of the rights referred to in the art. 10 paragraph 2 letters a), b), c), d), e) of the legislative decree, the contribution due will be attributed to the assignee under the same terms and conditions ascribable to the assignor.

A contribution determined with the methods and criteria referred to in the following art. 6 of the ordinance.
