Who is it aimed at?
Partnerships composed of a minimum 3 up to a maximum of 6 companies of any size, of which at least one SME.
The partners must possess, on the date of submission of the application to the implementation notice, the following requirements:
- have an operational headquarters, where they carry out the activities of the project, in Lombardy (detectable by chamber view) or declare the intention to constitute one by the date of request for the first provision of the contribution;
- be regularly constituted, registered and declared active in the register of companies (as resulting from chamber view);
What does it predict
The contribution will be 60% of the expenses incurred for small businesses, 50% for medium and 40% for adults, for a contribution of up to 1 million euros per single project.
The intensity of maximum aid both for industrial research and for experimental development (art. 25 of the GBER Regulation) is equal to:
- Small companies: up to 60% of the expenses allowed;
- Medium enterprises: up to 50% of the expenses allowed;
- Large companies: up to 40% of the expenses allowed.
If the requests for contribution from large companies exceeded the resources available for the financing of the same (Euro 3 ml) and, on the contrary, residual resources for the financing of the partner SMEs, the Administration reserves the right to reduce the intensity of help of large companies, proposing it equally on all large companies whose projects, due to the funding of its partner SMEs, would be usefully placed in the ranking.
The concession granted for single partnership cannot be greater than € 1.000.000,00.
