A tender that finances the opening or expansion of micro and small street businesses in the area surrounding Piazza Angilberto II (Target Area) through the provision of non-repayable grants and subsidized interest loans

Who is it aimed at?

– to Micro and Small businesses operating in the sectors of retail trade, crafts, food and drink administration, services, tourism, culture and other sectors functional to the socio-economic development of neighborhoods; - to aspiring entrepreneurs who intend to open a micro or small business with shop window on the street in the Target Area. In case of financing, the winners of the tender undertake to establish a new micro or small business by 30 June 2024.

What does it predict

A subsidy intensity equal to 75% of the project. Two lines of intervention are foreseen: LINE 1 – For this Line, the call grants non-repayable contributions up to €30,000 and subsidized rate loans up to €15,000 to open entrepreneurial activities within vacant or inactive commercial premises in the Area Target. Both investment expenses (for an amount equal to or greater than 50% of the total value of the project) and management expenses are eligible. LINE 2 – For this Line, the announcement grants non-repayable grants of up to €15,000 and subsidized rate loans of up to €7,500 to modernize or expand micro and small road-based entrepreneurial activities in the Target Area. Only investment expenses are eligible.
