Things

The call contributes to the reduction of the territorial gaps between the more and less developed regions of the Italian territory, within the ECS “MUSA” approved with decree granting funding no. 1055 of 23 June 2022, with the aim of financing Proof of Concept (Po C) and prototyping projects aimed at the development of new/improved products, processes or services.

Who is it aimed at?

The call is aimed at public and private research organizations (Universities, public research bodies, research institutes), individually or in partnership, as defined pursuant to Regulation (EU) no. 651/2014 point 83, in the regions of Southern Italy: Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily.

What does it predict

The call finances projects that are consistent, in terms of repercussions and impacts, with the research and innovation themes of Spoke 6 of the ECS "MUSA" and, where possible, with the intelligent specialization strategy (S3) of the region/s in which the beneficiary has the operational headquarters. When submitting the application, the Supervisory Board will have to highlight these elements of coherence and relevance, which will be subject to an assessment of merit. In particular, consistently with the Spoke 6 activities, the call finances research and development activities on the following topics:1. Effectiveness of telerehabilitation for cognitive stimulation in populations with subjective memory disorder, mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or initial cognitive decline;2. Field-testing of a mobile application for the development of skills in caregivers of children with neurodevelopmental disorders and associated concordance study between direct and indirect measures for the assessment of skills in different developmental areas (emotional, linguistic, cognitive, relational).
