This announcement contributes to the reduction of territorial gaps between the more and less developed regions of the Italian territory, within the scope of the ECS “MUSA” approved with decree granting funding no. 1055 of 23 June 2022, with the aim of financing industrial research and experimental development projects of a collaborative nature between companies and research organizations in the regions of Southern Italy: Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily. 

Who is it aimed at?

The call is aimed at Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Large Enterprises (GI), public and private research and knowledge dissemination organizations (Universities, public research bodies, research institutes), EU Regulation no. .651/2014 point 83 in the regions of Southern Italy: Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily 

What does it predict

The call finances projects characterized by 'effective collaboration' between at least two independent parties, aimed at exchanging knowledge or technologies, or achieving a common objective based on the division of labor, in which the parties mutually define the scope of the collaboration project, contribute to its implementation and share the risks and results. The call finances research and development activities on the following topics: Line 1 - Innovative processes for the industrial valorisation of urban biomass: feasibility studies, pilot projects and analysis of sustainability; Line 2 – Development of technologies and knowledge for photovoltaics in an urban context: feasibility studies, pilot projects and sustainability analyses.
