The Lombardy Region and the Lombard Chamber of Commerce system through Unioncamere Lombardia intend to support Lombardy companies in the implementation of the principles of disability inclusion, in accordance with the reference practice UNI/Pd R 159:2024 "Inclusive work for people with disabilities - Operational guidelines". The purposes include the diffusion of a culture oriented towards inclusion as added value, the protection of the rights of people with disabilities through inspiring indications for the development of an inclusive organizational culture. The objective is to increase the hiring of people with disabilities, promote the full inclusion of those already employed, and spread an inclusive culture in all organizational aspects.
Who is it aimed at?
The call is aimed at all Lombardy companies. It is specified that among the beneficiaries provided for by art. A3 also includes type B social cooperatives.
What does it predict
The benefit consists in the granting of a non-repayable voucher equal to a maximum of 80% of only the expenses considered eligible net of VAT. The voucher is granted up to a maximum limit of 32,000.00 euros and the minimum investment is set at 6,250.00 euros net of VAT. The value of the contribution is assigned based on the expenses presented and the size of the company.
