What does it predict
The ordinance regulates the criteria and procedures for the granting of contributions for the restoration of private structures and infrastructures used as homes or for economic and productive activities, damaged by the flood events of 26 November 2022, in implementation of the purposes set out in the art. 25, paragraph 2, letter. e) of the civil protection code, referred to in Legislative Decree 2 January 2018, n.1, as powers attributed to the Extraordinary Commissioner pursuant to art. 5 ter of Legislative Decree n. 186 of 2022.
