The notice defines the methods for the implementation of interventions aimed at encouraging the promotion and development of organic districts. Local projects presented by organic districts are eligible for contributions.

Eligible subjects

Organic districts recognized as such by regional and national regulations, i.e. organic small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and those in conversion. SMEs can be:

to.
companies operating in primary agricultural production; b.
companies that operate in the processing of agricultural products; c. companies that operate in the marketing of agricultural products.

What it finances

The Projects may have as their object one or more interventions indicated below:

Initiatives for the exchange of knowledge and information actions on organic production:

– expenses for the organization of professional training actions and acquisition of skills;
– travel, accommodation and daily expenses of participants;
– costs of providing replacement services during the absence of participants;

Initiatives for consultancy services;
Initiatives for promotional measures in favor of organic agricultural products:

– registration costs;
– travel expenses and expenses for the transport of animals that will be the subject of the promotional action;
– expenses for publications and websites announcing the event
– ​​rental of premises and exhibition stands and related assembly and dismantling costs;
– publication costs;
– expenses for disseminating scientific knowledge.

Subsidy

The resources available for financing the Projects deemed eligible amount to €10,000,000.00.

The Project presented must have a total amount of no less than 200,000.00 euros and no more than 400,000.00 euros. The amount of the subsidy is made up as follows based on the expenditure items:

  • Knowledge exchange initiatives: 100% of eligible costs;
  • Initiatives for consultancy services:
    • beneficiary active in primary agricultural production: 100% of eligible costs up to the maximum limit of €25,000.00 per three-year period;
    • beneficiary active in the transformation and marketing of agricultural products: 100% of the eligible costs up to the maximum limit of €200,000.00 per three-year period;
  • Initiatives for promotional measures: 100% of eligible costs.
