Access to digitalisation services provided by PAI EDIH (Public Administration Intelligence – European Digital Innovation Hub) INSIEL. It is an initiative that aims to facilitate the digitalisation of public services and to strengthen collaboration between the Public Administration (PA), Social Economy Organizations (OES) and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), with an integrated approach focused on territory, based on innovation.
Who is it aimed at?
The services are aimed at: - Public administrations: Local authorities, regions, ministries and other public bodies that wish to improve their efficiency and the quality of the services provided; - Social economy organisations: Social cooperatives, social enterprises, associations and other bodies from the third sector who want to innovate their way of operating and expand their service offering; - Small and medium-sized enterprises: Social economy companies that need support to deal with digital transformation.
What does it predict
Concessions for: - Consulting services: Analysis of needs, design of digital solutions, support in choosing the most suitable technologies; - Training: Courses and workshops to acquire the digital skills necessary for the transformation of processes and services; - Testbed: Environments experimentation to test new solutions and technologies; - Networking: Opportunity to create collaborative networks between different players in the system.
