Regional Fund for the employment of disabled people. Public notice for the granting of contributions to private companies and/or employers
Who is it aimed at?
The recipients of this notice are people with disabilities registered - at the time of hiring - in the provincial lists referred to in article 8 of Law 68/99. The notice makes contributions available to companies and/or employers, with an operational unit receiving the hiring located in a municipality included in the territorial scope of the Employment Services Sector of Lucca and Pistoia, who hire or have hired at starting from 01 February 2023, the recipients, or whose employment relationship has been transformed into a permanent one from 01 February 2023, regularly registered at the time of hiring in the provincial lists referred to in art. 8 of L.68/1999, as the ultimate recipients of the interventions.
What does it predict
Possibility for the beneficiaries, i.e. companies and private employers, even those not obliged to hire people with disabilities pursuant to L.68/99, and with operational units located in Tuscany to be able to take advantage of the incentives for the inclusion and the work integration of disabled people registered in the lists referred to in article 8 of L.68/99. The measures envisaged by the notices are aimed at encouraging an improvement in the recipients' ability to integrate professionally. These include contributions for job placement projects (permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts of at least 12 months and permanent transformations), activation of internships, for the adaptation of workplaces, the removal of architectural barriers and the the setting up of teleworking technologies, for the establishment of a person responsible for job placement and for the expenses incurred by type B cooperatives for the creation of jobs.
